Since this was published by Swann Sonnenschein in 1895 in London it has not been out of print. For new comrades or those with not much money here’s a hint. Wordsworth Classics of World Literature published The Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx and Freidrich Engels in 2008 but you get three works for the price of one. First is the Communist Manifesto then comes The Condition of the Working Class in England in 1844 and finally Engels’ Socialism Utopian and Scientific and it can be very cheap if you search the internet https://www.abebooks.co.uk/
Engels managed a big cotton mill in Manchester and this enable him to subsidise Marx in his work. While there he explored the slums of Manchester with his girlfriend. She, being a mill worker was able to take him places he would not usually have seen. He produced an excellent and passionate study of life in the Oxford Street area of Manchester.
