In proud memory of our dear comrade whose funeral is today:

 Communist Party member since 1960, trade unionist and strong supporter of the Daily Worker and Morning Star, a peace campaigner and supporter of Cuba; FTAT convenor at London Transport’s Acton works; activist in the National Pensioners’ Convention; a champion cyclist, keen dancer, gardener and painter.
