This is the first ever podcast made by the Communist Party of Britain. In it, our General Secretary Rob Griffiths makes some very important points about the war in Ukraine which are not found elsewhere. He unequivocally opposes the Russian invasion but also criticises those British political parties and groups which are rallying behind NATO and ignoring Russia’s genuine security needs. He makes it clear (for those that need it clarifying) that Putin is not a communist, Russia is not a socialist country, that this is a war between rival groups of capitalists.
